Prava has been selected for the third cohort of WTFund, the early-stage fund founded by India's fintech billionaire- Nikhil Kamath, co-founder of Zerodha(India's largest stock broking platform, basically Robinhood for India). Out of thousands of applicants, 8 startups made it through a multi-round selection process with an acceptance rate below 0.1%. We're one of them.

About WTFund

WTFund backs founders under 25 working on ambitious, hard problems. Non-dilutive. No equity taken. The selection runs through multiple rounds of expert interviews, data room reviews, and conversations with the WTFund team before a final cohort is formed. This cohort includes 8 startups spanning AI security, healthcare diagnostics, rehabilitation robotics, and payments infrastructure.

What Prava is Building?

Prava is building the payment infrastructure for AI applications. Our product is live in the US and Southeast Asia.

AI agents can already find products, compare prices, and make recommendations. But the moment they need to actually buy something, the flow breaks. The current payment stack requires human intervention at every step: OTPs, two-factor authentication, redirects to external checkout pages, manual card entry. The system was designed for humans clicking through browsers. Not for software executing purchases programmatically.

Prava handles authentication, tokenization, and settlement for AI agents. No redirects. No OTPs. No broken automation loops. The agent authenticates, the payment clears, the receipt logs. The user's task gets done.

This is fintech infrastructure built for a global market from day one. Compliance, card network integration, tokenization protocols, and security architecture that meets the standards of an industry where there are no shortcuts.
